the dough + cinnamon, we subsituted almond paste with apple pie filling... remember to add sugar! (we forgot...^^;)

rolling the dough into a cylindrical shape...
Cutting the dough into equal width
arrange the cut pieces of dough on a baking tray that has been brushed with either cooking oil, or butter. Cover and leave the dough to prove till it has doubled or more in size
our batch on the left expanded quite abit... the one on the right was just made... we'll glaze it with egg yolk, and put into the preheated oven for 18 minutes...
and we are done~ ... they smell really great...
